RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

Calciavacanza Travel & Sport (hereinafter referred to as "Calciavacanza") is a sole proprietorship that offers services for travel planning and organization, accommodation selection, transfers, football-focused sports activities and excursions. All reservations must be made in writing or via accepted electronic means of communication. The booking confirmation will be sent to the customer after receiving the deposit payment and acceptance of the payment conditions. Performance, Pricing and Payments In order to confirm any basic booking with Calciavacanza, immediate payment of the booking fee of 35 euros is required. This amount may vary depending on the type of service requested. Details regarding booking fees for such services will be communicated at the time of booking and may differ from case to case.

For Sports Holidays of at least one week which include 5 football matches, Calciavacanza requires the immediate payment of 50 euros as a booking fee, in addition to 350 euros of practical management costs for each participant, to be paid STRICTLY within 7 days from the date of registration. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the registration with the booking costs being withheld. For a period of two weeks which includes a total of 9 football matches, Calciavacanza requires the immediate payment of 100 euros as a booking fee, in addition to 700 euros of practical management costs for each participant, to be paid STRICTLY within 7 days from the date of registration. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the registration with the booking costs being withheld. At least one week's experience with 5 football matches: Booking fee: 50 euros (to be paid immediately) Practice management costs: 350 euros (to be paid within 7 days from the registration date) Included: Championship tournament with 5 football matches, mandatory Home/Away Sports Kit and rich aperitif at the end of each match. For those who wish to participate in a single football match with Calciavacanza, requires the immediate payment of 50 euros. This rate includes several services to ensure a complete and satisfying experience:

• Booking confirmation: The fee of 50 euros confirms the booking for the desired football match.

• Search and assignment of the team: Calciavacanza undertakes to search and assign a football team in the place closest to the participant's residence or based on specific requests. The goal is to provide a comfortable and smooth experience.

• The fee is not refundable once the operation has been carried out

• In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination or in its immediate vicinity and which have a substantial impact on the participant's participation or transportation to the destination, the Participant has the right to withdraw before the start of the experience without correspond to any expense. Rich aperitif: Included in the rate of 50 euros is a rich aperitif after the football match. This allows participants to relax, socialize and enjoy a convivial moment after the sporting activity. Please note that the single match fee of 50 euros covers the booking confirmation, team search and assignment services and a post-match aperitif. Any additional services or special requests may be subject to extra costs and should be discussed and agreed with Calciavacanza at the time of booking. Please note that the booking rates shown above are subject to change and may vary. We only accept payments by bank transfer and will provide the necessary information to make the payment once the booking is confirmed.

Total Assistance: In all cases, the booking fee includes total assistance throughout the entire experience. Calciavacanza will provide complete support both before and after the booked experience. Our team will be available to answer your questions, provide additional information and assist you at every stage of your trip

Withdrawal of the Traveler and the Organizer: The fee required to confirm the reservation is non-refundable once the operation has been completed. However, if the minimum number of participants is not reached according to the specifications, Calciavacanza will refund the amounts due corresponding to the booking fee and the practical management costs.

• Cancellation penalties for stays, excursions and transport services (including planes, trains, coaches and ships) depend on the policies of the companies and services contacted. Calciavacanza has no competence in determining such penalties.

• Details on specific cancellation penalties for stays, excursions and transportation services will be communicated at the time of booking. • In the case of Sports Holidays organized by Calciavacanza, the booking fees and practical management costs will be refunded in full only if the minimum number of participants necessary for the event is not reached according to the specifications.

• In the event that the minimum number of participants is reached, the amount corresponding to the booking fee will not be refunded if the participant requests withdrawal.

• In case of early withdrawal before the sports holiday organized by Calciavacanza, the following penalties will be due, corresponding to the amount equal to the practical management costs: or %30 up to 40 working days before the departure date or %50 up to 30 working days before the departure date or %75 up to 20 working days before the departure date or %100 starting from 19 working days before departure

• In the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination or in its immediate vicinity and which have a substantial impact on the participant's participation or transportation to the destination, the Participant has the right to withdraw before the start of the experience without correspond to practice management costs. Please note that cancellation penalties for stays, excursions and transportation services are decided by the companies and services contacted and may vary. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and understand the specific cancellation policies for each booking, which Calciavacanza will provide.

Rates and discounts:

At Calciavacanza, we want to make our travel offers even more accessible and convenient for all our customers! If you travel with your brother or sister, you will be entitled to an exclusive discount of 55 euros! Thanks to the intervention of Calciavacanza, a significant discount is guaranteed on published rates and wonderful upgrades in affiliated facilities!

Additional charges: In addition to the costs of the services provided by Calciavacanza, additional expenses, costs of tourist guides, urban transport and other costs related to food and drinks may apply if requested. Participation requirements and responsibilities: You must be at least 18 years old, for younger ages participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate in the activities offered by Calciavacanza. There are no geographic restrictions for participation, but participants in sports, excursions or other activities must be in good health and free of heart, liver or other conditions that could affect participation. Each participant will be responsible for their own health and any injuries while using the services offered by Calciavacanza. Tolerances or allergies must be communicated during registration. Calciavacanza declines all responsibility for any material damage or injuries during the use of the services offered, as well as for any consequence not attributable, even indirectly, to the specific activity of Calciavacanza. Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes, resolution through mediation or arbitration is expected.
