Payment Methods :

• Immediate payment of the booking fee will be required. The fee is non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.

• You will receive a document via email from Calciavacanza detailing the booking fees and services requested, as well as any applicable accommodation and travel expenses.

• The document must be signed by the participant or his/her legal guardian and sent in full (entire page(s)) via email.

• Payment for any travel costs (flight, train, bus) will be required STRICTLY within 3 business days of the request date. Failure to make this payment will prevent your registration from being confirmed and will not guarantee the same rate at a later date.

• Failure to make one or both payments will result in cancellation of the registration, with retention of the booking fee.
