Useful information

General rules:

The rules and regulations that govern the entire experience are of paramount importance. It is essential to maintain correct and respectful behavior at all stages of the experience. Any serious violation of these rules will result in the application of penalties and may lead to immediate exclusion from the entire experience without the possibility of a refund. Football match regulations;

1) Composition of the teams The teams will be made up of a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 7 players per team

2) Duration of the matches: The duration of the matches will always be 60 minutes.

3) Ball: A regulation soccer ball, suitable for the size of the field, will be used.

4) Playing field: The goal areas, the penalty spot and the distance for the free kick will be indicated.

5) Fouls and sanctions: Fouls will be sanctioned with a direct or indirect free kick, depending on the severity of the violation and may include cards. Disciplinary sanctions, or immediate expulsion, will be applied for unsportsmanlike behavior or serious infringements of the regulations.

6) Arbitrage: Matches will be refereed by a neutral referee, who will have the authority to make decisions according to the established rules.

7) Fair play and respect: All participants are required to respect fair play and the principles of sporting loyalty. Unsportsmanlike behavior, violence or insults will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary sanctions depending on current regulations.

Travel program

For all information relating to the trip (definitive departure and return dates, flight times and details, address of the chosen accommodation and other useful information), the travel program will be sent. Any variation will be communicated immediately by Calciavacanza.

Travel documents

• Valid identity card

• Passport (recommended residual validity of at least 6 months at the end of the experience with Calciavacanza)

• Foster care form (only for children under 14)

IT IS PASSENGER'S RESPONSIBILITY:

• make sure you have the correct original documentation for the trip, including any entry visas. Those who do not have the necessary documents will be denied boarding under immigration laws;

• produce and have with you health documentation and any other documents required of travelers by government regulations. For more detailed and official information, we invite you to consult the Travel Documents page on the Viaggiare Sicuri website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the website www.poliziadistato.it or contact your local police station. Passengers with non-Italian documents must contact the embassy of the destination country to verify any request for additional visas or documents. These procedures are often long: we invite you to check the waiting times.

NB: The regulations relating to the documents necessary for travel are constantly updated. It will be our concern to communicate the correct information in time.

WE ALSO REMIND YOU THAT: During online registration, you will be asked to enter the document data (identity card or passport, depending on the country of destination) that the participant will use for the experience, therefore valid at the time of departure and for the entire duration of the stay . Documents with an expiration date prior to the return of the experience with Calciavacanza or documents that have already expired must not be inserted. However, it is possible to complete the registration and upload the requested document later, if not available or in the process of being renewed.
